Sounds like a good idea, one of the things that Mint include in its<br>
helper page is a link to the IRC channel, but yeah where and how to<br>
get help is always useful for new users.<br>

I think perhaps it should have a tick box that says show at startup so<br>
the user, can, if they so wish, keep seeing the page.<br>
