Add theme dark HDPI

Hi Dani,

I checked with MauG, one of the dark theme authors, on the #xfce-dev IRC
channel and he mentioned that he doesn't have hidpi device to test it on.
You may join the IRC channel and discuss this with him and potentially help
with its creation.
