Change gnome-font-viewer by font-manager in Xubuntu 18.04

Hi

I use font-manager in Xubuntu and I installed gnome-font-viewer to do a 
test and realized that it is slower to load fonts and more confusing to 
be used.
I suggest switching from gnome-font-viewer to font-manager for these 
reasons.
