Hmm. I run the torbay tech jam and just set up a new dedicated account
on diaspora for that, as there is a word press plug in that will post
any blog posts to diaspora.

feel free to add me  zleap at joindiaspora.com and we can perhaps work
together even if it is simply sharing or re-sharing posts.

If you also add torbaytechjam at joindiaspora.com  then both accounts can
share content.

I think this could be the closest we will get to fan pages,  but it
could be a start.
