[TEAM] ISO target size

In Brazil it depends on the region, on the South is around 8Mb, on the 
North the Internet is very expensive, specially in my town, and my 
bandwidth is around 2Mb.

I believe that we should give the freedom to developers to include 
another programs such as LO, and also provide an alternative .iso, with 
only the essential.
