Setting up a xubuntu-team mailing list

As a person who has not been able to join most of the meeting the last
cycle, and when I can, I can not focus all my attention to it completely, I
find the idea of having time to properly read and vote a topic very
interesting and I personally would like that to happen. I do not really
care if its through a new mail-list or a tagged topic (probably a
particular tag that the current mail list bot allow only to team members,
so it can not be spammed by non-team members?).
