Setting up a xubuntu-team mailing list

I personally think a tag in the subject would work better. I receive
hundreds of ubuntu and debian emails each week, so it's hard to know what
ones are actually relevant, so another mailing list wouldn't really help in
that case. And tags should be just as good for looking up the email in the
