I've been trying to find the command line options to upgrade from 13.04 to 13.10. Can someone point me to a page? I've been googling, but can't find the right link :(

Sent this same mail to the -users list today, but here we go:
To be able to help with the upgrade testing, please wait until the RC
images are published and then follow the instructions on
iso.qa.ubuntu.com to run the upgrade (with update-manager) and send the
results to the tracker. Elfy will send another email when these images
are up for testing.
If you insist upgrading from the CLI, run "do-release-upgrade -d".

OK Thanks!
