That's great! 9.04 still has 6 months remaining of its support life.
There will be some changes to get used to when you do upgrade. Just
don't forget, you must upgrade to each version. There is no direct
upgrade supported that skips versions. 

Personally, I see no reason to upgrade if everything is working.
Sometimes that just breaks things. Stay with the version that works for
you. You can upgrade anythime between now and the 10.10 release in
October.
