Asturian translation bug

Hi!
The asturian language is translated at 83%
https://translations.xfce.org/collections/xfce/xfce-4-6/

I just installed Xubuntu 9.10 Release Candidate (xfce 4.6.1?), and it's
translated at 20% only.

By example, mouse or keyboard configuration appears in Asturian.
By example, thunar or calendar appears in English.

I know that some packages as Firefox/Thunderbird are in other way for
translate ;)
Can be this a Xubuntu bug maybe? Can be this an upstream bug maybe? Any
idea? Thanks!
