Stephan and I just reinvented the entire development and release model
for Xfce. So far it's just a proposal made to the rest of our
development team but we think it's a big step forward.

UDS as an event helped us a lot in putting this document together. It
gave us the opportunity to meet in real live and have a few very
productive days!
