To avoid confusion, I would change it to "Europe (Sweden)". I think it's
quite a good idea to have a "central" Europe server which name starts
with Europe.
On an another nore, I think there should be no "free.fr" after the
French mirror, if that is not explicitly asked for.

Thanks for the valuable discussion and sorry I've been so quiet thus far.
New mirrors are always nice to have, but we also should think about the
quality – if somebody is mirroring us, they should provide relatively
prompt service at any time. If a mirror is not working most of the time
it only gives headache to our users, not pleasure.
