Currently, the Xubuntu-dev team is restricted to members who should be able
to make changes to the Xubuntu seeds. A side effect is that it also helps
identify individuals who specifically contribute and lead in the area of
development. Currently I am the only members but as other individuals in our
community get seriously involved in the packaging and development of
Xubuntu, the team will grow. The xubuntu-team, a more general purpose
leadership group, also contains members who contribute by packaging but to a
lesser extent.
I hope this answers your question.
Thanks,
Cody
