Xubuntu draft documentation - please help review

Hi,

I haven't had a chance to have much of a look at them yet but my first
impression is that the numbering is a little inconsistent and that
maybe the section about migrating from windows should go near to the
top. Sorry if I sound negative, what little of the documentation I've
read is great but these things strike me from a quick glance through.
