Keep in mind some panel sizes will result in blurrier plugin icons
than others. For example (on my computer), a panel size of 23 makes
the icon on the places plugin very blurry, while a panel size of 28
makes that icon crisp. You might just have to play with it to get a
good compromise for all plugins.
