upload of xubuntu-docs

I did some small user surveying around friends and classmates on my campus
and they felt the inclusion of the welcome center (or something similar)
would be extremely helpful. I am curious as to the argument against it
because I was apparently left out on that one, and also wasn't given the
memo that its development/packaging had been halted (which is mildly
upsetting because I was/am part of the project). As far as documentation/bug
tracking, I will be able to contribute far more this summer (for feisty+1)
but my current semester course load and my two jobs have me a little too
busy to be chasing bugs and documenting at the moment (though still I do my
best to watch the irc channels while I am at my sys admin job).
Cody, I hope for all the best in your pursuit of MOTU-ship, let me know when
the hearing/meeting is because I would be more than willing to speak on your
behalf.
Yes, of course I am fired up for Feisty+1 its going to rock! :)
