Hello All,

With the Tribe-2 release of Xubuntu Gutsy Gibbon set for Thursday, we are
looking for ISO testers to test the Tribe-2 candidate images.

We have made some changes to the Community ISO testing tracker website since
the Tribe 1 release, and have updated the testing wiki pages (
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Testing/Community ) to reflect the changes. Please
take a moment to review the wiki prior to testing. It provides all of the
necessary links and information to help you test and report your test
results.

== Test Cases ==
We are not assigning anyone to specific test cases for the Tribe 2 alpha
release. Please just test on your available hardware, but if you have
access to an AMD-64 computer, please test either of the AMD-64 images. As a
note, testing on actual hardware is preferred, but it is acceptable to test
using a virtual machine.

== Bugs ==
Targeted bugs for the Tribe 2 release are being tracked here:
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+milestone/tribe-2
Many of them have been marked as fixed, but if you have a successful
installation, you may want to try and reproduce these bugs to confirm that
they are indeed fixed.

If you encounter other bugs, please make sure to mention them in the ISO
test tracker. If you are in doubt whether or not a bug is serious, please
err on the safe side and mark it as serious. The release team will regularly
review the bugs and downgrade them if appropriate. Likewise, they will
update the tasks and milestones of bugs mentioned in the ISO tracker.

Of course, if you aren't sure of what to do, or need some help, feel free to
ask a question in #ubuntu-iso on the Freenode IRC network, or send a reply
to the mailing list. Thank you for your help!

Jim
