Artwork update

[Hexzenn]

Custom Xubuntu Murrina v2. All monochrome and blue. Concave glaze on widgets
with slight rounding. Switched to no gradients on widgets. Kept flat style
for menubar and menuitems, as well as listview headers. Scrollbar is blue
with handles, but it could be changed to monochrome if you guys think they
draw too much attention.
