ISO images testing

The Ubuntu community is heading towards larger scale and better 
coordonated ISO image testing when approaching milestones (Herds in 
Feisty), I think it'd benefit Xubuntu as well to have a more organized 
testing process.

Having to test specific parts of Xubuntu will lead to better quality in 
the end, than just the 'it boots' or 'it should boot' verdicts which we 
have more or less used so far ;)

besides the u/k/edu pages the mail mentions we'll need a xubuntu one 
modeled after those when done.
