Xubuntu herd 5?

I know that Xubuntu wasn't included in some of the recent herd releases.
Who can we contact to make sure that Xubuntu gets a Herd 5 release?  I've
tried contacting two of the ISO Testing Admins (Cody is the third), but have
so far have gotten no reply.
