Xhelp code on launchpad ready

I just did it in a few days Jani. Xhelp is already able to load a pure
HTML file in its window.

I myself. But I realize that instead of wasting time to understand how
another program is designed i prefer to code another one from scratch
and that's what I did in a few days.

Yes but the Xubuntu Documentation Browser need was raised because
Ubuntu has Yelp, Xubuntu doesn't have such an equivalent (ehm didn't
have).
