livecd memory requirements

I have a Old Notebook
Hp-ARMADA M700
The processor is Pentium III 500Mhz
The Memory is 128Mb
The HD is 12GB
I Ran Xubuntu 7.04 from Live Cd very well !! , I Used the liveCd about 2
hours than I Installed to HD..
No problems here.
