LaunchPad confirmation of bugs

I have recently been trying to run some bug triage when I find the time
(which isn't easy, but I promise I am trying my hardest) and when I recently
attempted to confirm a bug I don't appear to have the privileges and I was
curious if possibly the addition to Xubuntu Team or other group might grant
me such privileges.

The one I tried on recently is https://launchpad.net/bugs/94416 I just
posted a comment because I wasn't able to actually confirm it through
LaunchPad.

Any information is greatly appreciated.
