[Artwork] gdm greeter issue

Hi list, hi jmak,

As Vincent already wrote [0], there's a little bug on the gdm greeter 
which seems to only happen with lower resolution (1024x768 for example). 
I guess it could easily fixed, but I'm really not good at such things.

Jmak, could you propose a fix for the Xubuntu.xml file? I'll upload the 
new artwork when it's fixed.
