what sort of help do you guys need

hi:

one of my key interests is usability - but you guys seem to have that
handled.

not really sure, i am a recent convert from being a longterm windows user
and am so glad to see the back of m$. by profession i am a software project
manager.

i am more than comfortable with the command line, editing config files and
linux in general (have used it in the past for various one-off projects). i
know "C", Ruby and Python.

i can fiddle around with and break things, i am good at that:) i can test,
do docs do anything you want really, if i am not capable i will tell  you.
