What I miss in Xubuntu

Try this out and see if it's ok. I'll have to polish it a bit more and the
upload it, but testing in advance
is welcome since it may stay in the NEW queue for a while before enetering
the archive.
The commands are xubuntu-xxx-admin use tab completion to find them ;)

It's basically the same as the gnome system tools only with 30 libraries
less linked in.
