Xfld - maybe Xubuntu can borrow some things from there

xfld has one ... as an xfld-welcome that i think could be nice to use
with xubuntu, it's even easy to customize.

the xfld netconfig stuff hasn't the pppoeconf feature ... that i think
should be integrated ..
