hi all,

I cleaned up https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Xubuntu/ProposedPackages today. the 
page was quite a mess, and pretty outdated. you may still find the old 
page here: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Xubuntu/OldProposedPackages

i didn't bother to copy-paste the comments some people have posted 
there. if you feel that something important was lost, feel free to copy 
it over.

the information on individual apps (package location and such) is to the 
best of my knowledge. if you know better, please fix :o)
