Conflict with gtkrc-2.0 from Kubuntu

For fresh installs, we only need to modify xubuntu-meta to Conflict
with gtk2-engines-gtk-qt. kubuntu-meta is fine as is, since KDE works
fine with it (just tested).

However, once that user pref conffile has been created, we're up a
creek.
