Conflict with gtkrc-2.0 from Kubuntu

I looked at f.d.o bugzilla last night and saw that the latest release 
still breaks gtk+, when the engine crashes it blows up.  Probably why 
epiphany and xchat were crashing (I'm running xubuntu-desktop on Breezy 
as well) while I was messing around testing.  So there is more than just 
a login problem.

My suggestion is to uninstall g.-e.-gtk-qt everywhere I want to run 
xubuntu until it the engine stabilizes.  Maybe riddell will consider 
moving it from "depends" to "recommends" in kubuntu-desktop.  Or we make 
the xubuntu-desktop conflict with that package until it's "fixed"?
