XFCE kiosk mode - not quite resolved

it is probably another packaging issue, although it would not hurt to try
asking.
I'll have a look later today.Seeing they all belong the session hence the
same
package it is weird they do not all work
as for /etc/X11 and /usr/etc they do nothing at all right not for panel or
session
just to make sure they no longer are needed at all.
