"Very Low Priority" Xubuntu Dock Apps

Use torsmo. It's very light on resources, and if you
configure it right, it should do the trick. 
IMHO this kinds of plugins are for power users (both
advanced users, and those "power users" with notebooks
:P ). I don't believe that the average user would need
more than a panel plugin.
