 I wrote about config guis on the wiki, we need one of those like
gnome-system-settings
at least for the network if not for all the other sysadmin things.
I'll look into it eventually if noone else takes it.

I've had it on a 200 MHz AMD, with 64 Mb of RAM. With this system,
