Upstart does not print the Process ID of an application launched from a script section

The current version of Upstart only tracks a single process ID
One of the major changes planned for the next version is that it
tracks entire process groups, but the difficulty there for example is
whether your IRC client running under 'screen' that you ran from your
console login is still part of the "getty" process group
