[Bug 516112] [NEW] update default server list to connect to freenode over ssl

Binary package hint: xchat

Freenode recently added supported for SSL connections.

The entries for "Ubuntu Server" and "FreeNode" should be updated to
connect on port 7000, and have "Use SSL for all the servers on this
network" set.
