[Bug 431094] Re: after security update firefox attempted to save dll instead of opening survey page

after the restart.
I had been working on the survey, decided to take a break and restart FF 
with the intent of returning later.
When I returned to the survey later and clicked the next arrow, the 
pop-up window asking if I wanted to download or open the dll opened.
I haven't been able to complete the survey.
