[Bug 425297] [NEW] [karmic] okular ignores/loses printer settings

Public bug reported:

When printing from Okular, no matter how many times you are in the same
PDF file, Okular ignores the printer job settings, especially duplex,
and prints single sided.  It does not even save the settings when you
manually change them and exit.
