- I had Acrobat Reader running fine in Jaunty, at upgrade time it was

  Partner reporistory packages and/or packages that constitute complete
  applications (other than libraries for example) should have a distinct
  warning about their removal.
  
  In this case I suspect Acroread 64bit is not available from partner repositories yet:
  Bug #437566 Karmic 64 bit: Package acroread is missing from partner repo
  
  Packages such as this one being removed are an important regression for
  anyone depending on them. Perhaps release notes should include a note
  about this too.
