Now that grub-reboot and grub-set-default are in experimental branch I
suggest you merge the fix there.

I mentioned mandb -c because of this:

man grub-install showed him the grub-mkrescue man page and `sudo mandb
-c' fixed it for him.
Anyway see #grub I fixed now in upstream trunk the creation of the
grub-install help2man man page, when DISTDIR is used as by us.
