[Bug 480571] [NEW] Man page for grub-install missing.

I've fixed the incorrect headers of grub-reboot and grub-set-default for
my next upload (to lucid), although a proper manual page for
grub-install will take longer so I won't close this bug yet.

Felix: this is a bug specific to the Ubuntu patch. If you have problems
with man-db, please work with me as the man-db maintainer to address
them. ;-)
