[Bug 471747] [NEW] Twinkle sputter only for incomming voice

Since the upgrade to Karmic, I have problems, that my Twinkle sputter
(sounds choppy) if someone calls me. I can hear the voice of the other
person only in tiny bits. My voice on the other side of the line is
clear and good understandable.
