[Bug 378482] Re: Dual screen is not properly configured, size and refresh problem

It seems to be partly a UXA bug. I have restarted the X server without the UXA parameter and compare to the above list of anomalies I do not have the desktop background refresh problem on the secondary screen.
In addition, this time if I select "tiled" for the wallpaper background the result is correct.
