[Bug 352517] [NEW] plasmoid-memusage should be replaced with dummy package

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: plasmoid-memusage

Since the upstream naming conventions changed for plasmoids and there
exists a version of memusage (plasma-widget-memusage), the old one
should be replaced with a dummy package, like the rest of the plasmoids.

Currently both versions exist adding to confusion.
