Spec updated, ready to implement.
<https://wiki.ubuntu.com/NotifyOSD?action=diff&rev2=116&rev1=115>

** Changed in: kerneloops (Ubuntu)
       Status: New => Confirmed

** Changed in: kerneloops (Ubuntu)
     Assignee: Matthew Paul Thomas (mpt) => Cody Russell (bratsche)

** Summary changed:

- [REGRESSION] links broken in new notifications
+ Confirmation of sent oops has unlinked "here" and doesn't let you see sent report

** Description changed:

  Using the old notification theme, the last word (i.e. "HERE") was a
  hyperlink. This is just one example, there is probably other apps using
  links in notification messages. Right now the message is confusing;
  "What do they mean "here"? etc
+
+ Instead, the initial alert for kerneloops should convert itself into a
+ progress window, which in turn morphs into a final alert telling you
+ that the report was successful and including a button for viewing the
+ report. <https://wiki.ubuntu.com/NotifyOSD#kerneloops>
