[Bug 348018] [NEW] When guake is first started it says "Guake is already running, "

Public bug reported:

Dear interested parties,

To reproduce:
1. Guake is not running.
2. Run 'guake'.
3. Guake says that it is "already" running.

Guake should say something like "Guake is now running,", instead.

The "already running" message should be displayed only when Guake is ran
while it is already running.

Using 0.3.1-3 in intrepid.
