[Bug 339722] [NEW] teeworlds inculdes bam and internal dependecies

!!!the package doesn't meet Packaging Guidelines!!!

1)
bam, the build system should be an extra package

2) The package compiles against 
- zlib
- pnglite
- wavpack
- glfw
-portaufio
in src/engine/external of the source tarball. All packages were shipped by Ubuntu. Please patch this out and use system libs instead of internals!
