Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: compiz

I like the desktop effects stuff very much, but the speeds for many
things are too slow and should be tweaked.

Studies show that 100ms is considered imperceptible. I believe
therefore, that when super-tab to a new window, it should zoom it in in
less than 100ms. When I switch between windows, it should bring the new
one forward in less than 100 ms. When the windows wobble after I drop
it, it should wobble for less than 100ms, etc.

By using this guideline everywhere, it will look cool, but not be
annoying.

I've tweaked the various values on my computer and like it very much,
and I believe they should be the default.

Computers are not supposed to slow us down, and these desktop effects
are supposed to be cool and are, but are also not to slow us down.

** Affects: compiz (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
