Actually, gnome-do-plugins does *not* depend on evolution, at least not
directly.  It *does* depend on libevolution5.0-cil, because the
evolution plugin links to this library.  The libevolution5.0-cil package
in turn links to a library found only in the evolution package, so
libevolution5.0-cil depends on evolution.  Thus, gnome-do-plugins
indirectly depends on evolution.

All these dependencies are correct, and shouldn't be changed.  It might
be good to split out a 'gnome-do-plugin-evolution' package, but that's
currently not particularly feasible - it will require upstream changes.
