[Bug 335512] Re: [i945] intel video card automatically detected on live cd, but not on the installed system

I ran the two tests and this is what happened:

1. I removed the driver line from xorg.conf and after logging out /var/log/Xorg.0.log shows that I am using the intel driver. Everything works as expected, no problems.
2. I renamed /etc/X11/xorg.conf and after logging out there was no new xorg.conf created, still all works well.
