Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: audacious

When a .xspf playlist file generated by Audacious is dragged from
Nautilus into the Audacious Playlist Editor, the files are loaded into
the Playlist Editor in reverse order from how the list was saved. When
the .xspf file is opened from the Audacious menu (Play File), the files
appear in correct order.

Winamp .m3u playlist files always appear in the correct order, whether
opened from the Audacious menu or dragged into the Playlist Editor.
